歐斯特防水劑，是我公司自主研發的一種新型防水噴塗材料。本産品為藍色液體，不易揮發，無毒無味，對人體無危害。噴塗在工作表面上，能防水透氣、防污染、防腐蝕，其自身具有一定程度的補償收縮性，且施工簡單，成本低廉。

This is a new waterproof spraying material, blue liquid, less volatile, non-toxic and no smell, and has no harm to human body. Sprayed on the working surface, it can be waterproof, breathable, anti-pollution and anti-corrosion, and it has a certain degree of shrinkage compensation, anti-seepage and moisture-proof functions, with easy construction and low cost.

傳統的防水材料施工厚度通常為1～3mm左右，當爐内溫度升高後，傳統防水材料分解消失，會形成一個1～3mm左右的空腔，這将會導緻保溫層産生錯位、裂紋，進而影響窯爐使用效果和壽命。而本産品沒有施工厚度，所以在防水層分解消失後不會對窯爐産生影響。

The thickness of the traditional waterproof material is usually about 1 to 3mm. When the temperature inside the furnace rises, the traditional waterproof materials decompose and disappear, forming a cavity of about 1 to 3mm, which will lead to dislocation and cracks in the insulation layer, thus affecting the use effect and service life of the furnace. However, this product has no construction thickness at all, so it will not affect the kiln after the waterproof layer decomposes and disappears.

Ø 施工方法Construction method

a) 工作準備Work preparation

基層應清除幹淨，去除污迹。

The base should be cleaned up to remove stains

b) 噴塗操作Spray operation

在噴塗防水劑前，桶内的原液需按重量比例1?5兌清水，并攪拌均勻。

再把桶内溶液倒入噴霧器内，然後近距離噴塗于基層表面。手提噴霧器在每次使用時，均要搖晃至液體均勻，然後再噴塗于基層表面，使基層表面顔色均勻即可。

Before spraying waterproof agent, the stock solution in the barrel should be mixed with clear water according to the weight ratio of 1:5 and stirred evenly. Then pour the solution in the barrel into the sprayer and spray it on the surface of the base layer at close range. The portable sprayer should be shaken until the liquid is uniform during each use, and then sprayed on the surface of the base layer to make the surface of the base layer uniform in color.

c) 臨時存放Temporary storage

桶裝塗料開封後力求當天用完，當天未使用完的務必做好密封措施。After the barrel coating is opened, it is required to be used up on the same day. If it is not used on the day, it must be sealed.
